  1. This version, 1.6, is to correct an oversight on my part.  I forgot to 
  2. include a new REWBULT.TXT file with the MANDATORY backwards apostrophe
  3. to segment between the bulletin file and news file.  Without this mark, the 
  4. news file will be properly appended the first time, but after that, will 
  5. erase itself.
